This is the best experience I have had, during the time I've been considering surgery. Kayla was very welcoming upon my arrival to the office, and helped get me set up with my paperwork. I want to give a big thank you to Courtney for doing everything she can to make sure I get the surgery I want. I told Courtney about my wife and I journey with IUI and how important it was for me to be physically prepared for two kids under the age three. Courtney & Kayla are absolutely amazing. They were so honest to me about my previous experience I had with another company. I told them about my horrible experience I recently went through. They explained to me about my loose skin and what needs to be done, and didn't want me to pay twice. They suggested me to go back to the other place and revised what needs to be done. Courtney is such a sweet person! Her presentation of the procedures and options for me made me feel so comfortable. She explained the whole process from start to finish and offered me time to think about things without forcing a sell on me.
