We bought a used truck about six months ago. It was a pretty nice truck, so we signed up for Sonsio dent repair. One day, I discovered a series of dents which had never been there before, so I called Sonsio to file a claim. The claims representative to whom I spoke was very unprofessional and did not inspire confidence. It sounded like he was on speaker phone in his own bedroom. I have coverage with these people thru Good Sam's Club. I hit a rock laying in the middle of a 2 lane road and blew the front right tire on a diesel pusher motorhome on a Saturday mid morning. I called Good Sam's Club and they had someone there in 2 hours. They told me to turn the tire and wheel into Sonsio since I had coverage. Now this company said I should have stayed on the side of the road until one of them could have come to inspect the damage on the scene. Biggest joke of a company I've ever dealt with.
