We bought a used truck about six months ago. It was a pretty nice truck, so we signed up for Sonsio dent repair. One day, I discovered a series of dents which had never been there before, so I called Sonsio to file a claim. The claims representative to whom I spoke was very unprofessional and did not inspire confidence. It sounded like he was on speaker phone in his own bedroom.
