The work was well done and it was easy to get it setup and scheduled.
Easy claim process, Claire was extremely helpful and followed up immediately with my claim. Repair was completed quickly and satisfactorily.
The customer care representative was a pleasure to work with and the technician did excellent work.
Based on the folks I had to deal with on this claim, there is nothing you could improve. The folks were excellent to deal with and talk to about my claim.
I have coverage with these people thru Good Sam's Club. I hit a rock laying in the middle of a 2 lane road and blew the front right tire on a diesel pusher motorhome on a Saturday mid morning. I called Good Sam's Club and they had someone there in 2 hours. They told me to turn the tire and wheel into Sonsio since I had coverage. Now this company said I should have stayed on the side of the road until one of them could have come to inspect the damage on the scene. Biggest joke of a company I've ever dealt with.
