The ladies are always so supportive and great. I recommend everyone looking for weight loss to check out SOTA because of what it’s done for me.
Very good! I lost 20 lbs in a month
My experience on the weight loss program was great. I’ve struggled on maintenance because I cannot find products equivalent to SOTA products in regular grocery stores. I wish SOTA would allow clients on maintenance to purchase SOTA products. Examples of products I’ve been unable to find which meet the SOTA taste, texture and macros: pancake mix, chocolate- peanut butter bars, hot chocolate, and chicken broth. I’ve expressed my SOTA staff.
Always so friendly and helpful. I had to stop my time a couple of years ago and started back up. Same ladies at the Firewheel location helped me with open arms.
First of all, I would like to say that sota is a lifestyle change. If you want to do something for yourself you can but you have to choose it. The team at SOTA are great. Angelica and Avery and Jerusalem are the best. They made my weight loss journey so easy. With their encouragement, and their knowledge of foods to eat is unparalleled. Always great to see the helpful girls at the Garland location. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door, they are encouraging, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly encourage anyone wanting a weight loss program to give these folks a call!

I lost over 50 pounds two years ago on SOTA. I’d like to say I kept it off but several family crises the weight crept back. All of the weight. I was so sad and defeated but Jerusalem at my SOTA welcomed me back without judgement and set me back on the path of healthy eating.
