So far since being on the program, I have lost 40+ pounds.
I put off Sota because I did not think having phone calls, recording everything, etc. was my cup of tea. But, glad to report the phone calls are friendly and positive. Should have started last year!
It was the easiest program I have done Everyone was very nice and modified me Even when only lose a few lbs , always go to your weight in .
Great experience in losing the weight and almost six months into the maintenance phase and it has been a great experience my SOTA rep Avery is great, only thing that I would do differently is to do it sooner.
