These guys did a great job on installing a new stereo in my car. We bought a used Buick Enclave and the nav on the radio was shot, so we bought a new system. They gave my hubs excellent advice on which system would be a seamless transition. It was installed and looks beautiful in the car. Just like it was factory installed. Through no fault of theirs, there was a problem with my Android Auto app not working. They took my car in and fixed the problem. The radio was still under warranty, so there was no charge. Excellent customer service...Excellent work. They really know their business and go out of the way to make sure everything is perfect. I have been a customer of Sound Decision for years and they have worked on my cars, pickups, and pontoon. I would go out of my way to recommend them to everyone.
I had Sound Decision do the work on my classic car during restoration. They installed an Alpine system with amp/sub. Work was outstanding....Great people to work with! Would recommend them to anyone with a classic looking to upgrade their audio system.

Great business, knowledgeable staff - I have dealt with them on 2 stereos, subwoofers, amps, wheels, and have always come away knowing that I got treated fairly. You won't find better service anywhere, and the willingness to back up their work is top notch.
