I love Sound Decision. I have trusted them with all of my vehicles and they always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! They had them do autostarts, USB ports, stereos, and my favorite project, custom leather and heated seats!
Amazing experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, welcoming, friendly staff from our first contact to the finished product. Remote starter installed and finished within the estimated time frame. They are locally owned which is huge for me as I try to buy local. Thanks, for a super job, well done.
Not very many fellow shops willing to help another outta town dealer for a replacement part, Guys at SD were super nice. If I was a usual customer I'd be coming here for everything.
Jay goes above and beyond! His supplier didn't get him the JL Audio wake tower speakers in black as I wanted in time for the weekend. He installed white ones and came out to my lake and swapped them when the correct ones came in! Top notch!! Also JL Audio is the only way to go. My last boat I went with Kenwood. Still good brand but JL Audio is by far superior.
Have treated me very good and appreciate everything they have done for me!
