Our doggie comes here and he actually looks forward to his appointments! He drags us in just to see the Vet Tech!! The Vet tech is really a pet lover and it shows she cares. My husband is usually the one who takes our pup in and he likes the Veterinarian. The few times I take my pup in I really don't have any problems with them either. I agree with another reviewer here, the prices are pretty standard when compared to other Vets that we have taken our pets to over the years. We will keep bringing our pup here.
I have been taking my animals to this clinic for several years and have always had a good experience. The facility is immaculate, the staff courteous, the vets knowledgeable and kind to my animals. I like that this is an independent practice and not part of a large corporation. I have recommended this clinic to several of my neighbors.
I was so happy with the Dr. PIRRUNG, and the office personnel at South Mesquite, office, seen is right away helped our tigger, fast and a great price. Bring your furr babies here if you want then to receive quality loving care, come here
I have been using this clinic for quite a few years. Every summer when we go on vacation we kennel our dog Tasha for the week. They clip her nails, give her her shots and generally just take good care of her. She's always healthy and happy whenever we return to pick her up. I think they are the Best Veterinarian Clinic around! I love that we have to make an appointment because when you arrive with your pet there is no waiting and sitting around in the waiting room for others before you, and you go with your pet into the pet's examining room. They don't take very long to get in there and they, Dr Pirrung and his assistants are very compassionate and gentle with your pet. Even the receptionists are always kind and friendly as well. My mistake to believe a business will be the same. The South Mesquite Veterinary Hospital is not what it was a few years back. All I can say not worth $280 what they did and treatment for my cats diarrhea. Then charged $22 for cutting nails, $27 for six cans of cat food that they never asked if wanted. My cat will not eat that stuff, just milking for every dollar. So sad to do business like this but its happens. Its my last time doing business here.
I've given this places a couple of chances, but the lady at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back. I had found a stray dog on the road that I brought here to check for a microchip and to get a check up. They gave me some paperwork to fill out I put my information and the bottom half was info about the pet. Name, weight, breed, past history (THIS WAS A STRAY). They refused to help a cat and it ended up dying. Because they got there 30 mins before it was time to close. Poor cat.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I wish we stopped going to this place a year ago after the receptionist with the dark glasses insulted me and was rude to my wife. Today our sweet cat was having a medical emergency, WE WERE TURNED AWAY!! she's was needing immediate medical attention and we were turned away because "WE CLOSE IN 20 MINUTES".
