We were reffed by our orthodontist reason why we came here. We had a consultation appointment @2:30 arrived 10mins before appt to fill out paper work. We did not get put into a room until 3:20 (1hr) after scheduled appointment. The medical assistant who walked in came in asking us questions in which everything was sent over from our Dr. Until I asked her if they received the paperwork referral from The Smile Agency.
