My first time there and I love it already! All of the staff were super kind, helpful, and professional. They were even this way over email before making an appointment. I was there for a puppy checkup and shots and they were very informative and helpful with everything. The inside of the building and the rooms are very nice as well! I also like their later hours which is helpful. I definitely feel like I chose the right vet.

They are always friendly and willing to answer all my questions.
I have confidence in all of the doctors. They are knowledgeable and professional. The staff has always been helpful to me by carrying my pets in and out of the building and other things since I can't. Everyone is kind and provide the best care possible to their patients. I am grateful to have found them in the 90's and have stayed with them since then.
My dog had an emergency with her eye and south suburban went above and beyond to get her into a specialist the same day! I can’t ever thank you enough!
I called Wednesday morning to book an urgent appointment for our dog Penny. The staff answered promptly, & professionally requested the reason, asked for more details & was able to make an appointment with Dr Henderson at a time I was able to make it. Upon arrival we were promptly taken to a room by a staff who petted Penny, & talked with her calmly, as she weighed her. Dr Henderson assessed Penny & made a tentative diagnosis.
