Love everything about them for all the years we have gone there until this last time. I always pay my bill in full and even questioned the last visits total and they insured me that it was correct. Imagine my surprise when they said I had a balance that they never informed about! Looking for a new Vet that doesn’t add charges without informing you!

They took very good care of my cat when he had bladder stones, but didn't bother to tell me that his blood work showed he was a diabetic, and because of this his diabetes went untreated for 3 years. Now we are having a terrible time trying to get his sugar levels under control and have to give him insulin injections twice a day. If they would have told us he was diabetic back then, his sugar could have been managed with pills instead, and it wouldn't have taken such a toll on his poor little system.
I can not say enough about how caring the staff and vets are to their clients....they go above and beyond the call of duty. Outstanding clinic :)
