I have been coming to Dr. Marten for several years. All of my experiences have been good and staff have been very nice. The only reason I gave it a four was because I was in the surgery waiting room for a long time.Other than them running behind with the surgery schedule everyone has been great and I was treated very well.
Very couterous,well managed staff,if my new glass prescription is correct ,than I will be well satisfied .
I am happy with the service! I like that that are clear with their instructions such as to control my sugars for my eye health. The staff and technicians were friendly. I am very pleased! I'd suggest this doctor to others.
It has been a second time here for glaucoma care. I had my peripheral vision checked. The service has been very good so far. They have more modern technology here too!
The techs and office help were very good . The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I had a problem with, the wait--3 hours is a bit long.

I am very pleased with the result of my surgery. Having to see 2 Drs. and have 2 EKGs and doing so much paper-work and having difficulty knowing the cost because everything was so fragmented, caused a lot of stress up to the surgery. The blame should probably be laid on our corrupt, self-serving system in the U.S. Having lived in France for 9 years, I know the process could be more straight-forward and transparent.
You could not ask for a more profession, knowledgable courteous organization. That is why I drive from Ingleside to San Antonio to South Texas Eye Institute. They at the very best!
