My first visit was great! Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The nurses and Dr.Chi seem very professional and explained procedures in full detail which made me feel more comfortable.
Personable staff. Staff and Dr.Tai walked through procedures clearly. Overall very good experience, would recommend.
My son was very nervous about the procedure but the staff was good at explaining everything step by step which helped. Good follow-up call the next day to check on him.
Staff was friendly and great. The appointment was on time and the staff provides updates as needed.
