Everyone was kind, helpful, and recovery is going very smooth. One thing is that the nurse was raising her voice rudely when we were asking her questions and asking unnecessary/pushy questions about my plan. Other than that I appreciate it, thank you so much!

Dr Tai and all the staffs are pleasant and friendly. Office is spacious and clean. Area rugs in the waiting area are old and dark color, give me an impression they are extremely dirty due to it is sitting in the high traffic area, please consider to remove these area rugs, no need to put rugs in the lobby as these things collect dusts and bacteria, existing floor tiles are more than sufficient. The front desk staff were really pleasant. My son was really nervous going in to remove 4 wisdom teeth, but the nurses were great at answering his questions and calming him down. Dr. Tai made sure my son was ok for me to leave before the procedure. The nurse explained the post extraction care to me and to my son before he was discharged. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I thought they took great care of my son.
Dr chi cha Thai is very knowledgeable and friendly and his assistance made the experience very calming for me as I had my wisdom tooth removed ,which only took like 20 mins , she was super nice , the only thing the reception screwed up my appt and called me last min to change so it was a day wasted for me overall very good experience
