I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have been a member for 5 years and the service and and new bank policies are terrible. Who ever bought them out is running them into the ground and I will not be banking with them much longer.
Finally leaving this "financial institution" after nearly 10 years. So glad to be with a REAL bank that I can access anywhere in the country since, unlike most of the people that "bank" with them, I actually travel 90% of the month for business and leisure. The breaking point was when their rude employees had no empathy regarding my debit card info being compromised while I was out of town, hours away, from a Southeastern.
