That are nice in person , but when you call you have to wait to long.
Who goes to a gas station and pumps 20.00 worth of gas and thinks it is going to cost 150.00 dollar hold on your bank account and doesn't know it until you start having overdraft fees that is what happened to my daughter and when she called the bank they said there was nothing they could do and would not refund great fees !!! Pilot claims it only happens when you use VIsa cards. I've used Visa card at Pilot and never had this happen must just be Southeastern FCU !!! This is really sad !!!
The people are nice and have great customer service and work with you BUT the overall customer service of the business is HORRIBLE. I've never had so many issues trying to PAY a credit card bill until now. Their APP needs serious updates (its glitchy&locks you out). And you can't take care of much over the phone either. Their window of customer service is extremely small and I work & have a busy schedule, not good. Not the bank for you if you do a lot of traveling and can only handle business online or over the phone.
