Disappointed in our attempted follow up office visit this morning. We were running a little late, our appt was at 9:20, we arrived at 9:30, there were literally 2 people in the lobby, the blonde receptionist told us she would be with us in a minute. Keep in mind we are 2 days after Christmas Holiday the office was not busy, as we have been in when you could hardly find a seat to sit in. This was our first visit, but it was by far better than anyone else we have visited. The entire staff was nice and the dermatologist made sure we understood everything involved in the treatment plan. She never gave and unrealistic promises. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skin care needs 😍
I’ve been once so far. People were very nice and my problem was taken care of. They are easy to get appointment with unlike the dermatologists in Huntsville. Southeastern is pretty new and it’s easy to get to as well.
