I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to root canals, but Dr. Bui and his staff made me feel at ease and they are friendly and professional. The root canal was a breeze and I felt no pain except of course you have to feel a little with the shot but even that was nothing. I am so grateful for the work they did.
He said: "Give me an hour - I'll put you out of your pain" "What are you doing tomorrow @ 9:50 am? Gentle demeanor - I had a root canal: he said: "That's an easy one" I had no time to think and booked it. Next day, I met him and he instantly put me at ease... Dr. Douville was very pleasant and caring about his patients. I am very fearful of dentist and he put me at ease.
I went to see Dr. Funk with pain in a tooth that I had a root canal and a crown done on some time ago. I had been to other dentists to no avail. Dr. Funk did a CT Scan of my mouth and was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was. As it turns out, the problem was not with the tooth that was painful, it was from another tooth. I had a small canal on the top of a root and it was infected. It was not accessible by a normal root canal. He gave me 3 options, pull it, re-do the root canal, or surgery. I chose surgery. Dr Hauseman is great with explaining what he sees, and he focuses on finding the “root” cause of tooth pain and issues. Even though I didn’t want to be there, Dr Hauseman made sure I had a pain-free experience.
Dr Burros is a great Doctor and a great human being. Very caring person. I highly recommend him as a Dr. He answered all my questions, very patient. His assistant Joel is a very caring person as well, very respectful and educated. They make you feel very comfortable during the whole process. Dr Burros has an excellent bedside manner, he spoke to me during the whole process explaining what he was doing. Doctors like him make the difference.
Dr. Douville is caring, professional, and an expert in root canals! He always pleasantly surprises me with the depth of his knowledge. The concern for each patient shows in the gentle care he provides.
Regular dentist missed it. Dr. Douville removed / healed it. Plus he followed up to verify it was totally cured. He cared. I received "extra" level of care / service.
Excellent and caring. Listened well and responded well to all my questions. Jen his assistant was also very good and caring. He made an unpleasant procedure almost pleasant.
