Dr. Bui was very patient with my dental anxiety. He explained everything he was about to do, and is very efficient . He is an excellent listener and answered all my questions completely. I highly reccomend him and will go back if I ever need another root canal.
I was referred to Dr. Bui as I had an emergency toothache. Everyone was so nice to make me comfortable in my horrid pain. He was so thorough in explaining my options. I chose an exploratory exam, then I went on to have him peform a redo of my five plus year old root canal done by my dentist n DE. He found another root that had been hidden, and cleaned and filled that root also. I was impressed by the up to date equipment he used and of course his skill. I wish I needed his services more often..
Dr. Bui is a brilliant doctor and his staff is terrific! My experience was a very positive one even though I have dental anxiety.
In the past three years, Dr. Douville has expertly, patiently, and professionally performed three root canal procedures for me. I can honestly say that I felt absolutely no pain with any of them. For a person who gets an anxiety attack just hearing the word dental procedure, Dr. Douville was a real blessing. He is very very gentle, listens to concerns and answers a gazillion questions very patiently. I call him my miracle worker!
Went in for root canal after getting referred by my dentist. After my dentist took X-rays, referred me to Dr Keippel. Dr Keippel took another set of X-rays then says “I suggest we take a 3 D scan which costs an extra $250”. Being in pain and vulnerable, I went ahead of it. Only to hear tooth is cracked too deep to save. Need to pull it. Please pay $250 now, along with visit and consult. Patient checking out ahead of me had the same issue.
