This is one of the best caring communities I have visited. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests, answered all my questions and understood what I was looking for. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Very clean and organized, residents were engaged in the assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. The staff is very helpful and busy. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response. My father and stepmother have adjusted well and have high praise for the staff and the facility. They enjoy the activities and have become regulars at bingo and happy hour. They like the location and have been transported in the facilities van with no problems. They care about you and your family member that is going to stay with them and they show it. I asked GOD to guide me in my decision and HE confirmed my choice. When I went to talk to them they were listening to the KLOVE radio station which is a Christian station. And I also asked them if they read the GODwink books and they said yes. So I felt like GOD is with them like HE is me.

A beautiful picture was painted at the initial meeting. One rarely sees the decision makers and only lower level staff. The worker bees are nice but they are slackers too.You seldom see senior-level staff walking the premises to see what is happening. When one puts in work orders, they are ignored more months and likely perpetuity.
Perfect! 5 on everything. What we like the most about Southern Pines is its personable and we would without hesitation recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is light and bright. The staff has been friendly. My mom enjoys the activities. She appreciates having options at meal time. The laundry services are great. The staff puts her clothes away. Housekeeping is doing a good job.

So far they've been great....I would give them 5 on all of them. My dad was on a wheel chair when we brought him in....after about a month they have him walking now and my dad is very happy there and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families
