I really appreciated the manager walking me to my unit and showing me how to close it . she was very kind to me and it makes me feel more comfortable leaving my things in storage.

I needed storage for my daughter and had to come out in bad weather. Lauren quickly got me in a unit and was informative. She even followed up the next day with me to make sure I didn't have any questions due to the process being a little quicker from the bad weather. Service was wonderful and I would recommend storage here to anyone.

The service was immaculate. Everything is so clean, I never expected a storage facility to look like this one. You definitely get what you pay for here. Lauren followed up with me over a period of time to help me the the unit that would work best for me. She answered all my questions without me having to ask and made me feel welcome and safe to store here.

the espierence here was great lauren the manager went above and beyond to help me in my current situation living out of atlanta and having to travel so far to my storage she came after hours to help me get through the access gate when i had trouble remembering my code if i ever needd stroage agin int e future southern self storage would always be my first choice
