Both Jennifer and Greg are very professional with great customer service; great southern hospitality. Speaking to Jennifer prior to coming in to the property and the news advertisement reminded me of the Philema location. Jennifer is good people to work with . This company is misleading and representatives are poorly trained. Make sure you are shown the exact unit that you will be renting. I was given confirmation that a unit would have everything I stated I needed in regards to space and direct access. My card was processed and the unit that was assigned will not accommodate the type of storage and convenience I need. After bringing it to the owners attention, she stated “well maybe the representative did not understand what you was asking for” She would not provide a refund” Ho... read more
