This company is misleading and representatives are poorly trained. Make sure you are shown the exact unit that you will be renting. I was given confirmation that a unit would have everything I stated I needed in regards to space and direct access. My card was processed and the unit that was assigned will not accommodate the type of storage and convenience I need.
