On Friday, July 30 of 2021 I was scheduled to see my doctor and also to get my prescriptions filled because I no longer have any. The gentleman that was working on Friday told me that my medicine would be out and ready for delivery and be here to my house on Monday August 2. I had to call them on Tuesday because I have yet to receive my medicine and I am in excruciating pain to where I had to miss four days of work last week. we called and have asked for 2.months to stop meds and for 2 months we have had meds shipped.and our insurance billed.
I truly appreciate the dedication, professionalism shown by the staff. Things have gotten complex health wise and they have been great at delivering my medication on time, dealing with my doctors plus my insurance.
