RecommendedI have had some bad experience with pharmacies in the past. I felt like part of an Assembly line. The word care wasn’t in the pharmacists heart and they would play Doctor which was very frustrating. I was nervous going to another pharmacy, but when I talked to Mansoor at the Lewisville location that feeling of nervousness just melted away. I have a name that is remembered. When my prescriptions are due to refill you never have it in stock and it has to be ordered. When one does come up and you catch it I receive a text asking if I want it refilled. Not the name of the drug - I’m given prescription numbers. When you have to take as many drugs as I do you don’t want to have to compare prescription bottles to texts
