When i first moved in, things were average. i really had no opnion. Over the past few months I have noticed that when I call in repairs they are taken care of quickly. I recentely purchaced a home and the office staff has been helpful. since I have been living here they had given me new windows and it looks like all the apartments are getting them. i have seen the other comments but I think...
I have lived here for many years now and yes there are problems here but they are corrected and made right by wonderful professional people.
I looked at an apartment with Samantha and then turned in my application with another girl who was busy but still managed to be nice. My apartment is nice, I had a few items that neded to be fixed right when I moved in but wew done by the next day. I have lived here for 7 months now and not had any problems. This place is great for the money and worth looking at.
I consider SA a decent complex to live. They are improving the buildings (windows, hallway carpeting, kitchen cabinets), they have responded my calls in a timely manner and for emergency during the holidays. They vacuum our hallways once a week and they don't do a bad job removing the snow. I enjoy their newsletter too. I agree visitor parking is totally limited.

Roaches, break ins, very bad area, keyed cars,dirty halls, crack dealers, no one speaks english,lots of meth for sale, very poor management co. Look elseware this place is a dump.

If you don't enjoy fighting with neighbors over parking spaces, listening to the guy next door sing in the shower, and making weekly maintenance calls... this might not be the place for you. But if you decide you are up for the challenge...make sure to get a filter for the disgusting water and a couple of buckets for your leaky ceiling.
