Their properties are very poorly managed, run down,questionable managers and maintenance people plus are very dated. Almost all of their properties have serious safty concerns and they don't care!

Yes it is getto !!!!!!!! You work they lay around and get every thing free. Another chapter of white flight.....and they wonder why !!!!!!
