The dark green beautiful Marathon grass with my beautiful bright yellow house is now completed. It makes the house pop and look amazing with blending in the yellows with the greens that being joy and positive vibes to my house. From the start, when I called with questions about which sod to order, my experience with Southland Sod Farms and Ewing Irrigation (where I ordered and picked up my sod) was five-star. Every Southland customer service I spoke with was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed talking with them. John Domenici got right back with me when I needed troubleshooting help after planting, and gave me helpful suggestions, as well as more information about sod.
Renato came out to the house to follow up on over seeding my lawn for the fall at no cost! Not often a company will do that let alone being able to talk to someone even on the phone. Thank you Renato and thank you Southland Sod Farms.

Working with Southland Sod is a very easy process. Local nurseries offer all the literature and most of the staff can answer questions however the valuable portion is taking a moment to call in to Southland for help. They will connect you to a representative that actually cares about the product, the service AND your project! As a contractor we occasionally have to deal with some turf issues. Renato was excellent. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He explained us how to maintain our lawn green throughout the year. He wanted us to contact him if we have more questions in the future giving us assurance of marathon II products.
I called Southland Farms regarding some strange grass that was growing in our backyard Marathon lawn. Renato came to the house the next day to check it out. Turns out it is Bermuda grass that invaded our lawn via wind, birds dropping seeds or some other source. Renato gave us the information needed to resolve the issue. He also noticed our front lawn had spots where the sprinklers need adjusting for proper watering. Renato was very knowledgable, timely & friendly.
