Thank you all especially Dr Riley for taking such good care of our Jax. Hearing his diagnosis of hip dysplasia was not necessarily what we wanted to hear but we could feel the compassion from all of you and know we are in good hands with the remaining time that we have with him under your care. We had not found a vet since we had relocated here to the Gardner area so we are grateful how quickly you got us in and will be using you all for our other furbabies as well. Had a scare with our cat last night who decided to make a couple of dead wasps that were sprayed by poison spray part of his dinner and was vomiting nonstop. After being on hold with two local Emergency Pet Hospitals for quite some time we discovered Southside was close by, open and willing to see him immediately. Grateful they were available and extremely helpful when needed. Will be back hopefully on a prescheduled visit next time.
Almost always able to get in if necessary. Staff is very friendly and caring. Have been using Southside for my pets for many years and have always been happy with the care given.
