We brought our girl Ellie in because she was sick, and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her. The entire staff was so friendly and understanding. They gave us a breakdown of everything that would be happening and how much it would cost. RecommendedWe've been with Southside since 2008 when we adopted our Winnie. Then we adopted Gilly, who has since passed. The kindness shown there is remarkable, especially after losing a pet. The staff and doctors give all the animals such TLC. We aren't picky who sees our dog because they've all been so great. Special shout out to Casey, Barb & Vanessa who have loved our "special" girl so much ❤️

RecommendedMonths ago I was faced with a difficult decision of having to say goodbye to my sweet baby angel, Mika. It was sudden & extremely heartbreaking. The staff was amazing through the whole process. I am so grateful for their kind hearts & compassion for pets. They are wonderful people.
