Dr Matt Mizukawa and the Cedar City staff treated me so well! They were friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. I have had 3 surgeries there over the last 5 years and all were successful and as pleasant as surgery can be. I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgical Arts--Cedar City and Dr Matt Mizukawa!
The minute walking in to leaving my appointment was amazing, the staff there are so kind and welcoming. They also helped me so much with calming down before my wisdom tooth removal, as well as filling me in on all the information I needed to know. Dr. Mizukawa did an amazing job!
Dr. Matt and his staff were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They helped my daughter who needed a tooth removed that was growing in her jaw. Everything went smoothly and they made my daughter feel at ease about the procedure. Dr. Matt consulted with my daughter's orthodontist and dentist to make sure everyone was on the same page. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We are so thankful for his whole office!
I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from them. I believe their suggested treatment cost me thousands of dollars with much more to come. I have tried contacting them and they have ignored my emails. I filed with BBB and they did respond once only to ignore my response. The BBB closed the case because they did not respond. I would HIGHLY recommend that you get another opinion before using this company. I found Dr. Bullock and Dr Davis of St George to be straight forward and honest
My daughter had a root canal get infected. We were sent from the endodontist to get a consultation. They were able to get us an appointment within an hour. After an x-ray it was determined her molar would have to come out but they would take out her wisdom teeth as well. They were able to get it scheduled within a very reasonable time and that procedure went exactly as expected.
