Dr Matt Mizukawa and the Cedar City staff treated me so well! They were friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions. I have had 3 surgeries there over the last 5 years and all were successful and as pleasant as surgery can be. I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgical Arts--Cedar City and Dr Matt Mizukawa!
Dr. Matt and his staff were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They helped my daughter who needed a tooth removed that was growing in her jaw. Everything went smoothly and they made my daughter feel at ease about the procedure. Dr. Matt consulted with my daughter's orthodontist and dentist to make sure everyone was on the same page. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We are so thankful for his whole office!
I had wisdom teeth surgery and their team was awesome! I was very very nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and they helped me the whole way through up until I went to sleep for the surgery. Even when I got home my doctor (John Mizukawa) personally called me to see how I was doing, which was so thoughtful! I would recommend SWOSA to any and everyone in Cedar & St. george
I am very disappointed in the treatment I received from them. I believe their suggested treatment cost me thousands of dollars with much more to come. I have tried contacting them and they have ignored my emails. I filed with BBB and they did respond once only to ignore my response. The BBB closed the case because they did not respond. I would HIGHLY recommend that you get another opinion before using this company. I found Dr. Bullock and Dr Davis of St George to be straight forward and honest
Highly recommend. The staff and the doctor was amazingly friendly, helpful and afforded me all the time I needed to make the information on my visit crystal clear. A really great group of people.
