John Mizukawa removed our sons widom teeth. We found out soon after that he accidently broken one of the roots and left it in. We had to go back for a second procedure that caused my son a lot of pain. He never once apologized or acted sorry in any way for the mistake he made and the extra pain he caused my son. I wasn't impressed and wont be going back.Â
