Very helpful and I instantly felt a sense of trust with the staff. They converted my information from my old computer to a new one and helped me along the way. I ended up adding their security and virus protection, seemed like a deal as they'll have watch over my computer against any invasions.

Really nice people and replaced my iPhone battery quickly! Took the time to test my own cord and make sure I’m using the right one too. While we were waiting on my phone to get done, another potential customer came in and wanted his phone fixed. They were upfront and honest with him and told them he would be better off getting something new instead of spending the money on fixing his. I have purchased my laptop from Best Buy and it's been a piece of junk since the day I took it out of the box and had gotten worse as the months went by. I use it for my job so I could not do without it to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. I took it to Spa City, and within minutes they told me the hard drive was failing!
