I have purchased my laptop from Best Buy and it's been a piece of junk since the day I took it out of the box and had gotten worse as the months went by. I use it for my job so I could not do without it to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. I took it to Spa City, and within minutes they told me the hard drive was failing! Had an old, original iPod � that no one could replace the battery in, after checking 5-7 places, INCLUDING an Apple store! Spa City iRepair DID IT, FIXED IT, & REPLACED IT in 2 days!! I have another one I may end up sending to them for same issue! Thanks for great work and very short turnaround times!!!
