Very good and very professional and hardworking people
My five year old granddaughter's ipad screen was shattered and had to be replaced. Part was ordered and put in the ipad rather quickly. Thank you from a smiling five year old!

Brought phone in for replacement battery. Phone had to be opened up to replace. They quoted 45 minutes but did it in 30. Folks were friendly and professional. Would use again.

These folks are customer service oriented. Of the four different device tech companies I've had do work for me, this one has all the elements, friendly, fast, fair and honest. If they can't fix it they'll tell you up front and not charge you an arm and a leg. "Customer first service" in all aspects of the experience. Thanks again guys!
Had been there before for a different issue, they told me then eventually I would need to have this other issue taken care of, went back today, 3-29-18, they fixed the other problem in less than 40 minutes and cost was what was quoted over 3 mnths ago! Great service, great group of people working there, why buy a new phone when you can fix the old one for much less!
