They are always happy to serve and willing to do their best to fix your issues with devices. They have made updates settings changes without having to repair on multiple occassions, with out charging.
My Samsung 21 had water damage and only had black screen. Although insurance sent me new phone, I wanted all data transferred over.i called about getting them to replace screen and she said they could do it but no guarantee that I would be able to access data. She suggested I let them try to access data and transfer over. I cannot tell you what it means to get everything back that I thought I had lost forever. I thought everything was being backed up but apparently it wasn't. I highly recommend them!!!

My hubby needed a new tablet and we took advantage of the Tax Free Weekend at Spa City IRepair! Not first time customers because we found out awhile back just how good they are! Today was NO exception! Our situation was not an easy one, but Debbie waded through the accounts with no passwords and hubby has a new IPad in his hands and a big smile on his face! YAAY!
