I used Spa City few years ago for a cellphone issue and remembered they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently my laptop crashed and after Miguel determined it was toast. He then explained in Luddites terms what to look for in a new laptop. I went shopping and found one nearby brought it to him and while I went shopping he recovered what he could from the old harddrive and setup the new laptop. Excellent customer service, I went in to have my screen replaced and I had some questions about a couple of other issues. They addressed them without trying to sell me something else! I think their prices are very fair,too.
