RecommendedThank you for the wonderful service department and parts department! We lost our keys on vacation but luckily I had another set. We looked for it for over 2 hours and never found it. Your wonderful people had a replacement key and said to come down and they will take care if it. 2 hours later our Keys’s are reprogrammed and we are on our way We really appreciate your help in this matter!

Good experience even though they couldn’t fix my car. Need a key smith . Everybody was polite and helpful. I was impressed with how many people working. Didn’t look like a shortage of good knowledgeable employees like most places. Says something for the company and employees.

I love my new RAV4 from Sparks Toyota. I drove 2 hours from Mt. Pleasant to get it because I was so impressed by Sales Representative Ashley Porter when she called me back early Monday morning after I had made a website inquiry Sunday night. Needed a new key for my truck. They got me in the next morning. The team was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and guest areas were clean. Got me in and out in 30 minutes 😁 I'll be back!!!
