Their personnel are always helpful and polite. Though it was on brakes recall - done But had to have a rental and it cost me gas for the rental $12. So it cost me money. But Sparks Toyota people are always caring. Especially Cody Kidd. Thank you.

We weren’t positive the best route for a new vehicle but Joey O. was patient and showed us several selections after hearing our needs. We ended up with exactly what we wanted!! He has a great sense of humor which is always a plus! Thank you Joey for helping us with our new Prius!
