During the COVID19 pandemic, I became unemployed. Kristin, an accountant for Specialized Property Management worked non-stop with me and the owner to come to a resolution regarding my rent payment. They are a wonderful company to rent from. Always took care of any maintenance issues quickly and worked around my schedule. Nena and Lily helped with the move out process and assisted me with any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest company in the Orlando area.
