EAsy to work with and very professional, even from a remote location (we are in California).
Specialized Property Management has been the best management company I have had the opportunity to work with. This has been our first experience in rental property with a rental company. We are enjoying our home and also the company representing it. We first moved in and had several items that needed attention. We simply put in our request and had everything dealt with on a reasonable time frame. We are loving our new home. Thank you for this opportunity to grade this company.
I had a couple of properties to sell in Dallas and approached SPM to assist. Sylvia Cantu has been absolutely fantastic in her assistance, professionalism and follow up. Sylvia was always going the extra mile and made the whole sale process run smoothly, even though I was out of town. Excellent effort
They are all very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very prompt on all responses.
Great, helpful staff. All worked together quickly to ensure there were no problems in order to expedite the leasing/move in process.
Thumbs up. Excellent experience
