RecommendedWe had two other vets give us an incorrect assessment of our cat. We decided to come to Spencer Animal Hospital and finally got a real diagnosis for him. Sadly it was too late and we had to say goodbye to him after trying a few things to save him. The staff and Dr. Nicoletti were all so compassionate and wonderful through every appointment and phone call. We will only come here from now on. Thank you for all that you do.

Recommendedtoday was our first visit after multiple bad experiences with our former vet. The vet at Spencer Animal Hospital did a more thorough exam in one visit then the old one did in 3 years of visits all together. The vet was very nice and helpful and the ladies at the front desk were so sweet. We will definitely use then again
RecommendedToday unfortunately we had to say goodbye to a family pet. Hands down I would recommend Spencer Animal Hospital to absolutely everyone! They were absolutely amazing! A big big Thank You to the front office, to the vet techs, and to Dr. Andrew Penn for making this this experience just a little bit easier to handle given the circumstances. I’m glad to know in our pet’s final moments he knew he was loved unconditionally and was handled with so much care and compassion 😭😭😭🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️
