RecommendedYesterday was our first time there and Dr Lovell and her staff was amazing. We were so worried about our Roscoe and his tummy. Her and her staff took very good care of not only him but us too bc we were a wreck. Thank you for everything you did bc today our baby is better!!

Horrible place Vet was rude Mean. We didn’t know what Parvo was and were told to go home good luck As she was dying we took her back to get put down only to see her stabbed multiple times And then he tried to inject directly to heart and missed the heart several times in front of me andddddd then took her to the back for 30 min and came back with her gone No help I hope and wish this place closes soon
I have been attempting to make an appointment for 3 weeks now calling every other day just to hear someone pretend to write down my info and not call back. I fell in love with the vets here when I went with a family member to their appointment and wanted the same care for my rescues. Instead of warm welcoming service I am told I am better off using other places, when I tell the office Lady I dont mind waiting a month or two for my babies to be seen she pretends to write down my info and never calls me back. Saw how they treated a women horrible and would give her the cats vet records.
Killed my animal who wasn’t sick due to infection from location.
Today I went to take my Ill cat to the vet, prior to arriving I confirmed I would be seeing Doctor Lovell at 1pm. When I arrived I was greeted with a bad attitude, the receptionists and office manager refused to give me my vet records to take my animal to another facility. This hospital is known for their high euthanize rates. I scheduled a vet visit for 9 am last week and arrived, filled out paperwork and waited while the vet called back several people who arrived after me. At 9:30, 30 minutes after my appointment, they informed me that they had taken in several pets that did not have appointments ahead of me. Seeing as this is not an emergency clinic, I was very disappointed.
