Nervous going in to see what my options were for healing. Natalie put me at ease, she is professional, thorough, personable. The PT regimen was spot on for me. I thought I would only have the handout. The online PT videos and exercises complete with checkboxes and points have so far worked at getting me to execute the homework. Really pleased and hoping I stick with the rigor.
Fantastic because you got me in for an emergency. You know what you’re doing and was able to take care of my problem.
You easily accommodated a change request in appointment time. The meeting with all involved was professional and pleasant. Dr. Deal answered all my concerns and made a referral for the issues he could not treat. As always a good experience.
