Nervous going in to see what my options were for healing. Natalie put me at ease, she is professional, thorough, personable. The PT regimen was spot on for me. I thought I would only have the handout. The online PT videos and exercises complete with checkboxes and points have so far worked at getting me to execute the homework. Really pleased and hoping I stick with the rigor.

When you saw me, you sent me home feeling much better. I appreciate you always get me right in when I’m hurting. And you always improve my situation. I’ve been walking in the lazy river against the current. Today I lifted (carefully) and stretched mightily and I’m feeling nearly normal! Happy day!
