Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. The only reason I stayed using them was because of the convenience of coming to my house, it was diffently NOT for the exceptional grooming itself, because that is just not the case. If you want to be treated rudely, hung up on, and dismissed then this is your place. UNBELIEVABLE
They do not do interview dog grooming. You have to book ahead or no appointment for you.
Sampson had his first grooming with Splish Splash on Sunday. He went in really long & shaggy and came out short and ready for summer. Very pleased with the service and his grooming. The convenience is unbeatable. I hated to leave him in a crate or cage all day at the previous groomers while I was at work. So glad I found Splish Splash!
