Very unpleasant experience. Olivia is sweet and does a great job with the dogs. But Betty is rude and very unprofessional. They were a no show for me today and when I called Betty she first told me I wasn't even their client (I have a standing appt with them) then she told me it was my fault because I didn't call to confirm the appt?
