The therapists, technicians, and front desk are so amazing and care for your treatment from the very first step through the door. Everyone is so amazing, could not recommend a better PT place!
I'm having severe medial elbow pain and when I decided I wanted to try PT, I immediately call Spooner. I've been a patient here before. The staff (from the receptionists to the therapists and assistants) are professional, highly skilled and helpful. From booking appointments and checking insurance coverage to the actual treatment modalities, I highly recommend Spooner. Cassie is my PT. I've had her before. She's thorough, she listens and then after an evaluation, got me started on the road to recovery. Thank you Spoone... read more
The people here are amazing. Rebecca had helped me with my back problems and she such a kind sweet soul. She's very careful if your in pain and also ask if it's okay with you to do the exercises. Definitely recommend this place if injured!!
Just wanted to commend my PT, Derreck Caldez, at Spooner's location in Ahwatukee. Derreck has been working on alleviating my lower back and right leg pain, developed partly from age (I'm 74) and partly from lack of activity. Over the last few months I had concern about a planned 10 day trip to Israel in late June, early July and my my ability to physically handle all of the necessary walking for sightseeing without pain and discomfort. Derreck, both a consummate professional and an extremely pleasant person to deal with w... read more
I Had such a great experience here for my total knee replacement! A couple of my friends had seen Aaron for their knee replacements and recommended him for my care. The service from the front desk and beyond was fantastic. Aaron's care in getting me back to normal was amazing. He genuine authenticity for helping me really showed and I would recommend him to anyone! His tech was amazing too, and such a fun environment.
The therapists are friendly enough, but this practice seems to be more about the numbers and revenue than patient care. And like many of the other reviewers commented, the inflated payments seem a common theme. It's disappointing that I have to bring in an explanation of benefits to not pay 4x what my insurance says is my responsibility- seems odd that there is such a discrepancy. With so many PT options available in the valley, you can likely find a better one, where the entire staffed is focused on your return to health... read more
I had my last visit today and it was so sad leaving. Everyone was so kind, concerned, friendly, and proficient at what they did. My therapists over the past several months were Cassie and Lauren. They helped me go from pain and discomfort to feeling fantastic and able to continue my exercises at home and on my own. They were so fun to work with and I will recommend them as well as Spooner's of Ahwatukee to everyone I know that needs their assistance and great care. I loved every minute of working with them and will genu... read more
Has a great first visit at this location. I saw Heather and she was very welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to get started with my PT program. The front staff was very nice. I love that they even had a sign to welcome their new patients today. So cute!
We loved how detailed and professional they were with their services. My mother walked in with a lot of pain from sciatica and after a few visits with Erica, she started to feel better. Erica is very professional and takes her job very seriously and is a true professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get PT work done on them. It's nice to know that Spooner PT in Ahwatukee is there to help members of my family get back on their feet.
