Can this place get any friendlier?? Love everyone here from the techs to the physical therapists! Megan is amazing and great with my son! She is so patient with him, he loves her and after only a few visits she has dramatically reduced his pain. Thank you guys so much!
Excellent staff and professionals. Everyone is personable and compassionate. Quality patient care and bedside manner. Tracy has been a God sent with my pregnancy pains. I can't thank her enough for taking such good care of me. This is a well run office and I would recommend it to anyone who needs physical therapy- especially for pregnancy complications! Thanks Spooner PT, you guys rock!
My left leg hamstrings were torn off. At only 11 weeks post-op, I'm still in a lot of pain. When you have a serious injury, the last thing you want is to have someone touching it. Right away I could see their staff was professional. My PT did a great job explaining what my injury was and how we were going to move forward to heal. Thank you Spooner PT.
Front desk staff awesome! Sharniece my hand therapist amazing and her assistant Crystal just as wonderful. I was in a vehicle accident in Mexico caused some damage to 4 of my fingers on my right hand. I was told by my doctor that I may not get any movement back on my fingers. The entire injury was horrible but I was able to find my recovery process very satisfying. Therapy is not fun but Sharniece was excellent and I actually enjoyed all my visits. I went there 3x's a week for 5 months straight. I did everything Sharnie... read more
From the front desk admin to the physical therapist team everyone is personable and helpful. Tracy, my physical therapist, takes the time to find out what's going on, talks to you about reasons why it may be happening and designs individual programs to meet your needs. I have been to a number of physical therapist over the years for my arthritis and by far Spooner has been the best!
Front desk staff is awesome! Aaron is helping me a lot. Physical Therapy is not fun! But-- these people are fun to be around. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. I hope you do not get injured-- but if you do-- This place is the best.
My daughter has been seeing Jenna for PT, and we have seen improvements in just a few weeks. She pushes just hard enough and is still kind and understanding. I have been here for my own back problems also. They are great with kids and adults in my experience. The front staff is welcoming and very good as well.
This place is wonderful and is making a huge difference in my wellness. After only a week and a half into working with them I can already feel a tremendous difference in my decreased pain level, increased mobility and being more agile than I have been before. And I look forward to that continuing to improve by working with them. Tracy is a top-notch PT and really takes her time understanding and treating her patients. She makes the process as comfortable as possible, is fun and laid back and extremely knowledgeable and pr... read more
Amazing service. So glad I was helped by such caring and patient people! I was somewhat frustrated however with the people in the front and the somewhat occasional rude glares, especially with the lady at the front desk with her own section/desk before you walk in to the workout room, but putting that aside and focusing on the service with the real hands on help, 10/10!!! I could not have gone with a better physical therapist!
