My doctor recommended Spooner to me for post-operative care following a recent surgery. I was well taken care of by Lisa. She was very social, friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. She is extremely knowledgable and a true gift from God! I also want to recognize Richard who lights up the room with his bubbly, positive and friendly personality. I had my second knee replacement in November. I had a difficult time with my first one and was apprehensive. Lisa PT and assistant Bennie gave me excellent care and encouragement. They helped me by teaching me strengthening exercises as well. Staff was friendly and made it a welcoming place. I have sent other family members there because of their quality care and kindness

I have been a patient at Spooner Peoria and I believe they are the best in Physical Therapy in the area. The staff is very welcoming and professional. It is a very relax atmosphere where you can focus on your rehab feeling comfortable. I alway felt they taylored a great exercise plan. Highly recommended

All of the staff, including the office staff are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I'm very impressed with how careful they are to help you push into the treatments, but making sure you're not in pain (discomfort/stiffness expected). I'd recommend the Peoria Spooner PT to anyone.

So far after my first appointment, I feel very confident physical therapy from this place will be beneficial. The man knows about MS and is extremely knowledgeable. I am not easily impressed but they impressed me! And they promised they would never laugh at me if I fall, unlike at the places I've been to before. So that reassured me.

The staff at this location is knowledgeable and knows how to do an excellent job of individually pacing the therapy. Lisa is a miracle worker. I became a true believer in the benefits of physical therapy. Everyone at this office made me feel welcome and couldn't do enough to meet my needs. I highly recommend this office.

i went to the Surprise Location, and and they were not helpful, and there was a lot of other stuff going on in their office, but what got me upset was that they are charging me over and beyond what Medicare and my secondary insurance cover. Their prices are outrageous, and the most expensive of any PT i have been to.
