I had an absolutely abysmal experience with Spooner. I was in a 5 car pile-up in January and went to Spooner for therapy on my upper back, neck, and shoulders. During my 1st visit, I was honest with them and told them I had an attorney because of the accident. Fast forward to when my settlement is finalizing and I find out Spooner DID NOT BILL MY INSURANCE because, and I quote, "they legally don't have to."
