While I have to admit that I have never been to a physical therapist before, I can not imagine a better experience. Everything about this place was clean and professional. Constant encouragement and playful joking around made what could be a slightly grueling experience quite fun.
Amazing therapist, I had given up on regaining mobility and was living in constant pain, these guys never gave up until they found a way to get me back going again. K2 and Chad are awesome and the whole staff is friendly and professional. If I could give them more stars I would and I constantly recommend them to people.
I'm writing this on behalf of a family that is currently experiencing issues with slipped discs in the neck region. There was scheduled surgery that was canceled due to the physical therapist twisting her words. The physical therapist advised the insurance that the patient stated she was feeling better but didn't mention that it was a response after getting pressure relieved from her neck region. I had been going to Fischer for about 5 years. The therapists are great. That is why I always went. When the new year started in 2017, my insurance plan had changed. The front desk girl at the time Christina had called and verified my insurance because it's their job to always do so before a patient begins his therapy. Then 30 sessions later, I got a call that my insurance was not in their network and I had accumulated a 12,000$ bill. I love the fact that this business continuously finds the need to try and think that their ego will supersede their customers. As you have already read from my previous review about their fraudulent front desk, one thing that is new is that they have decided to retaliate after reading my previous yelp review and they have since then blown up my mailbox with new charges on bills in which I was never there for.
